I’m so excited to invite you into this year’s Autumn Equinox Ibiza Retreat, happening 26–28 September in our rooftop sanctuary, overlooking the mountains of Cala Llonga ⛰️

This will be a soulful space for shedding what no longer serves. Softening into your body’s wisdom. Transforming through ritual, rest, and reconnection

You’ll be guided through daily yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound journeys, and introspection in alignment with the energy of autumn and the equinox.

Together, we’ll have time to explore the magic of Ibiza and move, reflect, dance, create and gather to nourish over meals and conversation.

This will be a very intimate retreat. Only 8 spaces offered.

What to expect

Daily Schedule Example…

  • Morning silent walk 8:30am

Every day there’s an opportunity for silence; introspection; discussion and sharing; connection to practice; nourishment.

This is a trip that offers you heart-felt expansion and freedom, being held in soul-aligned community and soul-led space. Plus offered the opportunity to explore the magic of the island additionally, in your own way.

THE RETREAT arc

Inspired by autumn’s transition, first we release, then we remember.

Our weekend will begin with awareness – noticing what we’re carrying. Finding openness through ceremony and discussion.

Like the autumn leaves, we’ll find release. Letting go through carefully curated practices that support our natural release processes.

Revealing what’s laid beneath the surface, we witness – seeing what’s deeper, rediscovering our true essence, past life’s chaos.

A moment for remembering. Calling back inner truth and clarity through practices, prayer and blessings.

And we close by seeding our intention - finding stillness and resting into the pause, to initiate integration and regeneration

Booking Process

  • Drop Robyn an email to confirm you would like to join

  • Decide which tier of pricing you would like to book (Standard Rate includes all activities/food Fri - Sun. Premium Rate includes the same, plus additional activities and airport transfers on Thurs eve and Mon morn).

  • Pay £150 non-refundable deposit to secure your space. You’ll be added to a WhatsApp group and receive an email to arrange next steps.

  • Book your flights and accommodation separately - Robyn will send you suggested recommended flights and hotels that would suit the schedule and your needs.

  • Robyn will be in touch with all necessary next steps and will help you with travel arrangements plus inform you of updates through our private WhatsApp group.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

  • All scheduled activities: classes, excursions, practices and activities for the duration of the retreat, when booking the Standard Rate (26-28th September).

    Premium Rate booking runs an additional morning and evening on 25-29th September. Which also includes all airport transfers and Thursday evening and Monday morning activities.

    Two delicious home cooked meals per day (buffet-style Brunch and Dinner. Plus midday refreshment and snack). We can also cater for allergies and intolerances.

    Use of all Yoga equipment (mats, blocks, bolsters, blankets, eye masks).

    Rooftop practice space, lounge and chill areas.

  • Flight & Hotel must be booked separately. We will send you recommended flight times and hotels to use.

    Travel transfers must be arranged privately. There’s an optional add-on cost to book with us for airport transfers. Alternatively, we will organise a whatsapp group for you to arrange a taxi share if preferred. Please note: Premium Rate bookings DO include Ibiza-side airport transfers within the price.

    Additional food or beverages other than the 2 main meals and midday refreshments supplied.

  • The retreat is located at Cala Llonga, Ibiza.

    We will arrange a WhatsApp group and email you all relevant flight details.

    Taxi or Ubers are available at the airport. Or, you can arrange all transfers with us for an additional cost. Premium Rate bookings cover airport transfers in Ibiza.

  • To confirm your space we require a £150 non-refundable deposit and remaining balance to be paid by 30th September 2025, unless payment plans arranged.

    All payments must be made via bank transfer to Robyn Allan. Payment plans are available, please get in touch to discuss options.

  • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

    We are not responsible for any travel restrictions that may be in place at the time of the retreat that precludes you from travelling freely between the Ibiza and your country of origin or onward destination.

    In very unique instances we would only be able to offer a refund unless a like-for-like replacement can be found for your original booking. If a replacement can be found we will refund you, minus a deduction of an admin fee to cover the time and resources required to move your booking.
