NURTURE
NURTURE offers you a 3 month mentorship, to meet in sacred ceremony with yourself. This regular meeting provides a safe and familiar container for every client to journey deep and meet themselves with nurturance.
Robyn will hold you accountable in a loving, nurturing and empowering way that will enable you to move past limitations, meet and see yourself more deeply, whilst processing in a gentle and supported way.
This is transformative work for those ready to evolve.
We will work together (either online or online and in-person) to cultivate supportive routine, diet behaviours, impactful lifestyle changes and implement regenerative wellness practices into your routine, without overwhelm.
This is if you are ready to commit to your healing and overcome whatever block and limitation you are currently facing.
From addiction rehabilitation, to chronic injury/pain, specific disease, illness or condition; or whether you are facing debilitation in your mental and emotional health… This is the time for you to make deep and lasting change.
You must be ready to transform, willing to persevere and open to meeting yourself at a deeper level.

CEREMONY & ONLINE - £750 (x3 payments of £250)
This is a bespoke wellness mentorship, contained over a 3 month’s journey, tailored to the conversation and consultation, for your current individual needs, desires and situation.
Supported with x3 ceremonial sessions (2 hour each). Served with optional sacred cacao medicine or tea plus introspective conversation, reflection and consultation.
Weekly Whatsapp/email check in’s
A monthly mentoring call to stay accountable, progressive and focused.
We will discuss your current lifestyle and dietary choices, acknowledging habits and routines; to enable you to make progressive changes, to bring you into greater stability and grounding so you feel well, thriving and without overwhelm!
Plus supportive online practices (exercises, mobility, breath, yoga, meditation, somatic exercises, vocal or energetic practices) to guide you at home.
INVEST IN YOUR HEALING
JOURNEY
Adaptive body work and healing sessions that are intuitively chosen to serve you appropriately and be most supportive for you in this moment of life. This is a regular commitment to your development and healing, that will require you to dedicate time to, every 2-3 weeks over a 9 week journey. Each session is a moment to check in, reflect, receive, rest and integrate.
For deep change to happen, we must commit time, effort and energy to that process.
3 TREATMENT PACKAGE (to use within a 9 week journey) - £300
Bespoke 90 minute session, tailored to the conversation and consultation form
Inclusive of some/all of the following: assisted stretching or massage, reiki, sound healing, breath work, yoga, meditation

2 HOUR SIGH OF RELIEF
INTIMACY
A sacred ceremony which provides a held container for every client to journey deep into the heart of things, with the companion of sacred cacao medicine. A space for you to hear and listen to yourself, to feel your emotions and understand your body’s language, bring the mind back into balance and to receive nourishment. This is a restful, restorative, insightful and experiential gift for yourself. Every ceremony is unique in that I am intuitively guided by you on the day as to what would best support you in that moment.
2 HOUR CEREMONY - £150
A bespoke session tailored to the conversation and consultation form prior
Served with sacred Cacao medicine plus deep, insightful conversation and reflection
Inclusive of some/all of the following: assisted stretching or massage adjusts, reiki, sound healing
Every treatment further supports you with some recommended practices you can use at home for progression of your healing and transformation.

Integrate energy healing and body work into your self care routine with regular treatments
Energy healing goes beyond the 5 senses; beyond mind, form and matter, taking you deeper into the spiritual awakening and healing process. Body work is the physical touch that is needed for the release of oxytocin, an antidote to trigger the resting process and allow transformation and rejuvenation to flourish.
When used frequently, they provide you the support necessary to feel fully held, seen and nourished. I work through consultation and intuition to create a bespoke treatment that is supportive of your current needs.

Yes! You can pay in instalments. Please get in touch with me directly before you book and I will be able to set up a direct debit for you to pay monthly or weekly, then you can go ahead and purchase your preferred pack

All location details are sent in your booking. EMBODY is situated in Chingford, E4 . Where possible, please walk to the space and leave your cars at home. If you are taking public transport the 215 bus stops right outside and the 313 or 97 stop either end of the road within several minutes walking distance. The space is in a residential neighbourhood and the access is through a shared driveway, please come in and leave as quietly as possible to respect neighbours; no hanging around in the driveway after.

Parking on the main road is free and available at your own risk as it’s a main road. Please do not block any driveways or park down the driveway. Alternative quieter streets to park on can be found on Mount Echo Drive or Valley Side being the closest with a short alleyway to walk through to return to the studio. A slightly further walk is College Gardens. Where possible, please walk or take public transport to the studio and leave your cars at home

Ceremonies are a very immersive, nurturing and transformative; great as a marker point along your journey, if you need some extra time, care and support to really let go and relax.

Click on any of the booking links above, it will take you to Bsport where you will need to create an account. You will be asked to complete some confidential forms prior. When your account is made, you can then book the ceremony packages that are on offer, by selecting a suitable date. You can also book with me in person or through email/whatsapp/instagram.

Yes, please do still come! We often experience strong emotions before a big shift happens in our life. Committing to your appointment will be the catalyst to your growth. Please always get in touch if you have any concerns, I will be happy to talk anything through with you.

Please aim to arrive 5 minutes prior to your session starting. If you are running late to a treatment, a 15 minutes grace period is offered, after which the session will be cancelled and a refund cannot be given. Please note treatments have an allocated time slot and lateness will reduce the length of your time with me.

If you are unable to attend your treatment please cancel online in your account or drop me a message through whatsapp so I can cancel for you. If less than 48 hours cancellation notice is given, or you do not turn up for the session, a refund cannot be given.
