Welcome to my space, my brand new home studio and my world. It’s my absolute pleasure to be able to serve you in a way that brings my heart so much joy, love and peace.
The most satisfying feeling in life is doing what you love and people loving what you do. I am truly blessed to offer this work and I am eternally grateful to all my wonderful clients, students and community.
My work is my lifestyle and I offer to you what I am currently moving through in life. In which I’m always learning, growing, expanding and transforming.
I am so pleased to walk this ever-evolving path of yoga, energy, sound, embodiment, personal development and magic with you!

ABOUT ME
This is my story
I really don’t know how many times I’ve rewritten this. There is always so much to say and a box this small makes me feel constricted.
I started off saying “Chronic stress, emotional exhaustion, total burnout, yang lifestyle and masculine mindset; topped with partying hard every weekend, addiction numbing out childhood pain, lack of connection to self, terrible self worth, zero self esteem and inability to express myself led me to the life-evolving path of yoga, self-study, energetics and my healing path in 2011.” but it went on a long-ass tangent and what I really wanted to say, is that…
I truly believe that we have all come here with a mission to serve each other and understand the technology of our bodies and minds, in order to test what is possible for the human spirit.
Everything we choose, move through in this life, incarnate with and into, is for our highest. Everything is an opportunity for transformation and alchemy. We are here to evolve and shine our light. To move through the density of our emotions, which are simply messengers, in order to reach a lightness of being, which we are, at our highest aspect.
Enlightenment isn’t just for gurus or gods. It’s here for us all and I believe through the seeking of ancient practices, healing treatments, self-study, self-leadership, community, movement, truth and having consciousness of what we put in our bodies, we can reach those states of soul-aligned thriving.
I’m here for dharma. I’m here for community. I’m here for learning and breaking down all walls that have been built in this matrix. I’m here for truth, beauty and magic. I believe our greatest gifts are found in our struggles and they’re here to align us to our mission and purpose (dharma), these are our gifts to the world and through those experiences we can make great change and support in service, the world around us.

The studio
EMBODY is a private home studio space (not so long ago, an 18ft pond!!) that I dreamed into existence September 2022, born from the desire to have a local, safe, stable and grounded business; somewhere that I would be calm, centred, held and supported, so I redeveloped the end of my garden! Not just a space to “do yoga”, EMBODY is a physical extension of me and my home, a container for my heart, soul and mind to pour into and share.
I believe that our environment directly affects our quality of life and this space was initially intended to be somewhere that I could cultivate and nourish my own practice and self-essence. It’s grown into a creative space for inward exploration, community and wellness, peace and harmony. The space will support not only my own creative exploration but my service, students and clients, family and friends. It’s a space that will provide those who come with a sense of warmth, peace, wellbeing and connection. I hope you receive the same feelings in your being as I, the more time spent with me there.
My mission in life is to elevate myself, to evolve, to seek truth and find illumination. This is also my service to you. Through bodywork, energetics, inner connection, movement, community and self-leadership; we grow together and elevate our lives, minds, bodies, hearts and spirits. Let’s come together to retreat, rest, connect, commune, laugh, cry, sing, dance, calm down and create magic!

EMBODY is an intimate, calm and homely space designed with your serenity, rest and comfort in mind. Class schedule is refreshed each month, bringing you yin and tantric hatha yoga classes, sound baths and monthly gatherings.
Treatments
Tend to your self care with reiki, sound, massage and bespoke treatments to cater to your individual needs. Rest in the soothing sounds of nature, discover deeper connection to yourself, receive support and leave feeling lighter.
Private events
Whether it’s an alternative night out, divergent hen party, a ceremony for a moment of your life to acknowledge and celebrate, or to share time together with friends in a healing way!
