ABOUT ROBYN
Hi, I’m Robyn and I always knew that I wanted to help people to heal
Fortuitously, coming across yoga was the beginning of my own transformative healing process, one I didn’t know I needed. Although the process is tough, the magic and evolution obtained, helped me continue this path of self-discovery. I offer the practices that have helped me, because I know the power of their support. I offer meditation and yoga classes, energetic and bodywork treatments, personalised and group sessions for self-development and integration.

MY MISSION
Through my work, I hold space in-person and online for you to vibrate higher! To learn new practices, techniques, rituals and receive self-care support that enables you to feel more integrated, aligned, vibrant and calm.

From monthly sound meditations to deep-dive seasonal cacao ceremonies, my studio has been intentionally designed to provide you with the space to feel nurtured, held and is not just a place to “do yoga” but to heal, rest, recalibrate, reconnect to self and evolve.

I love to share, through my work, what I have experienced as reformative in my own healing journey. If something has had a profound impact on me, I want others to have the chance to experience that too. Touch, self-inquiry and energy work is deeply nurturing and helps you to develop your sense of safety, understanding and trust. Being present with your body, held by another, helps to balance out tendencies to dissociate or accelerate. Supportive self care for wholeness.
