REGULATE is designed with your wellness at it’s foundation. Trialled and tested practices, guaranteed to shift you in profound ways. Teachings shared from the heart

  • Short practices to keep your body strong, mobile and flexible. To cultivate the ability to move in the natural range your joints and whole body is designed to move! We’re only as young as our spine and joints. So keeping these nurtured is a sure way to stay young and fully able.

  • Lesser duration practices if you are short on time, perfect for a busy lifestyle as there is no excuse then not to practise. Daily meditation should be non-negotiable. Breathing practices (pranayama) for a grounded, calm, revitalised, energised and balanced body. Working with the breath will bring homeostasis - complete vibrancy and calm. Meditation is kriya-based (internal movement) and offers a systematic progression to build your power and regulation.

  • A Traditional Tantric Hatha class includes asana, kriya, mantra, bandha, pranayama and meditation. With scientific method, progressively and systematically these classes provide students with stability, calm, vibrancy, power and determination. Energetic mastery is acquired leading students to higher wisdom, mastery of self, resilience, self-fulfilling joy and achievement of personal, professional and spiritual excellence. Practices the truly support the Technology of the Human Body.

  • Yin Yoga is based on Traditional Chinese Meridian Theory. Bringing in mindfulness techniques, self inquiry and the ability to slow down. A remedy to modern day life - this gentle, floor-based practice offers insight to how emotions are energetically translated into the physical and offers a deeply restorative support.

  • Designed to take your body and mind completely into "sleep" (nidra) and allows your awareness to move into the subconscious part of the brain, encouraging great restoration and cellular repair. This is fantastic for anyone finding sleep difficult, is extremely tired, burnt out or stressed, needing healing and for anyone just getting into meditation. Practiced from a comfortable, laying down position.

  • Jnana Yoga, or Svadhyaya (self-inquiry), is the highly transformative tool that we can access by asking and reflecting on the right questions. To understand and know yourself brings an awareness that cultivates deep healing, transformation, growth and evolution. If we are ignorant to ourselves, we cannot change. Journalling, essentially, is a way to process the subconscious mind and work in a therapeutic process with the workings of our own mind.

Each week, we explore one vayu, one live lecture + five pre recorded practices. The course will also be focused on the collective community, with an opening and closing circle to harness and honour us all.

  • This course is for you to use at your own pace. Coming to the live sessions is an added benefit - to be part of the active community and ask any Q’s you might have. But everything will be uploaded to the playlist for you to catch up on and rewatch.

  • My style of teaching is very comprehensive. I aim to approach each practice with a well-rounded instruction with regards to alignment. You can always book in a 1:1 with me if you would like a deeper support and peace of mind.

  • Creating a sacred, safe space to practice is important. However, the course being online means you can literally create that space for yourself wherever you decide. And often, it’s about being honest with ourselves about why we can’t find somewhere in our home. Is it true?
